Warranty and returns

Baby Hair guarantees high quality of natural hair and products made in our workshop. We have been professionally working with natural hair for over 20 years and pay special attention to product quality at every stage of production.

All products undergo mandatory checks before being shipped to the client: from hair selection to final quality control of the finished product.

Quality Guarantee

The guarantee covers:

• quality of natural hair;
• strength of attachments;
• quality of product sewing;
• compliance of the product with agreed specifications;
• integrity of the product upon receipt.

Before shipping, we check:

• hair structure and condition;
• evenness of density;
• strength of wefts, tapes, and attachments;
• quality of coloring;
• appearance of the finished product.

Returns and Exchanges

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

• the product has not been used;
• the product's appearance is preserved;
• original properties of the product are maintained;
• no signs of wear or damage;
• the product's packaging is intact.

To arrange a return or exchange, the client must contact a Baby Hair manager and coordinate the shipping procedure.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns and exchanges are not possible if:

• the hair has been self-colored;
• toning or bleaching was performed;
• the product underwent chemical processing;
• hair was cut or length adjusted;
• product attachments were modified;
• the product shows signs of use;
• any third-party manipulation of the hair was performed.

After interference with the structure or appearance, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Custom-Made Products

Wigs, toppers, hair replacement systems, ponytails, wefts, tape extensions, and other products made according to individual client specifications are considered custom-made goods.

Before starting production, the following are agreed:

• hair color;
• length;
• density;
• structure;
• base type and attachment;
• individual client preferences.

Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or return according to current Ukrainian law, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Procedure

To arrange a return or exchange, the client must:

• contact a Baby Hair manager;
• provide photos of the product;
• describe the reason for the request;
• coordinate the shipping method.

After receiving the product, its condition and compliance with return conditions are checked.

Refunds are issued after product inspection within the timeframes established by Ukrainian law.

Care Recommendations

To maintain the quality of natural hair, it is important to follow care recommendations.

• use professional hair care products;
• avoid over-drying the hair;
• brush products gently;
• avoid aggressive temperature exposure;
• store products in a dry and clean place.

Proper care helps preserve the softness, shine, and durability of natural hair.
