Before placing an order, our specialists coordinate all details: length, thickness, color, hair structure, production time, and final cost.

Prepayment for Custom Products

Products made to order are started after the prepayment is made.

These products include:

• wigs;
• toppers;
• hair replacement systems;
• ponytails;
• wefts;
• tape extensions;
• custom hair coloring.

The prepayment amount is agreed individually depending on the complexity and volume of work.

Payment for Ready-Made Products

In-stock products can be paid in full before shipping. After payment confirmation, the order is processed for delivery.

International Orders

For clients from other countries, international payment methods are available. We work with clients from Poland, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and other countries worldwide.

All international payment details are agreed individually before the order is shipped.

Payment Confirmation

After payment, the client receives an order confirmation and information on production or shipping times.

After shipment, a tracking number is provided.
